Love Boldly
In Spring 2023, Arborbrook high school students spent Spring Term serving with local Charlotte non-profits. The 2023 event took place from February 27-March 2, 2023.
Students served with the following organizations:
- Common Heart Food Pantry
- Community Shelter of Union County
- Food for Families
- Heart for Monroe
- Loaves & Fishes
- One7 Ministry
- Pearls Monroe
- Soul2Sole at Nations Ford Elementary
- Turning Point of Monroe
The Results Are In!
Arborbrook High School Students:
Unloaded and sorted over 1520 boxes of food (19.5 pallets)!
Collected, counted and boxed 877 books
Stuffed 465 easter eggs
Loaded 400 pounds of food onto trucks
Created 360 snack bags for kids
Cooked lunch for 120 homeless
Created 100 encouragement tags for teachers
Delivered food to 150 senior citizens
Created 55 cards for the elderly
Read to more than 60 children
Made 17 no-sew blankets
Cleaned 5 refrigerators
Cleaned and organized several offices and a food pantry
Prayed with countless people and
shared Jesus with many, all in the service of
1 LORD!

Community Support
Book Drive
Students collected and distributed new and like new books and sticker packs suitable for grades K-3, benefitting Title 1 Schools in Union County through Heart for Monroe.
