I UNDERSTAND THAT DONATIONS ARE TO SUPPORT ARBORBROOK’S ROOTS NEW BUILDING CAMPAIGN AND I SPECIFICALLY RELEASE CONTROL OF THESE FUNDS TO BE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING AT THE DISCRETION OF ARBORBROOK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY.

Roots Campaign donations are generally tax deductible and may be eligible for corporate matching gifts. Arborbrook Christian Academy is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 20-2707577, registered in the state of North Carolina. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service guidelines, donations are tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility of a particular taxpayer such as use of a donor-advised fund. No goods or services were or will be provided in exchange for your contribution.
